SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
As a monthly subscription box business, we open the cart for orders of the box of the month on the 1st of that month. The cart remains open to new subscribers until all boxes for the month have been purchased. Subscription boxes will appear sold out on the website from that point until the 1st of the next month when the cart will reopen for the next month.
As a small business, we pack and dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays. All Nature Mail subscription orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.
At present, we ship within Australia only excluding Western Australia due to the biosecurity laws that we cannot abide by without compromising on our product. 
 
  • Orders over $100 are sent FREE via Australia Post.
  • Orders under $100 are sent via standard shipping for a flat rate of $10.
  • You will receive a tracked delivery notification once your parcel is shipped. Australia Post is now providing contactless delivery with no signature required.
Australia Post regular tracked service and couriers generally take between 3-10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email after dispatch, and you can track via the Australia Post website. 
If you’re not available when your parcel is delivered, Australia Post will leave the parcel at your front door or will leave you next steps to pick up your parcel from your closest delivery depot. 
If your box is lost (if it has not arrived within 10 business days) please contact Australia Post or contact us at hello@thewildexchange.com so that we can support you in coordinating with Australia Post to locate or receive compensation for your box.
If your box is damaged upon arrival you are eligible through Australia Post for compensation. You can read more about this in their terms and conditions here.
