The Wild Exchange has been serving the community here on the Sunshine Coast for 4 years now, providing over 500 families with play-based Ecotherapy for children.
We create activities and experiences that spark joy, curiosity, and foster a reciprocal and loving relationship with Mother Earth. We support the social-emotional development of the child, in a playful and engaging way. That's our bread and butter!

What's inside a Nature Mail box?
Each month a new box is released with a nature inspired theme. Inside every box you'll find:

Four nature play activities with an instruction card and all the key resources you’ll need (sometimes you will need to go forage for some leaves, bark or dirt!)

One packet of Earth friendly, spray free seeds to plant in the garden

One children’s meditation script to support healthy nervous systems

What is the intention of the activities?
All nature play activities inside your box are designed to support your child’s social and emotional development, while fostering a wondrous and loving relationship with Mother Nature.

Who is Nature Mail suitable for?
Nature Mail is most suitable for children aged 3-9yrs, and occasionally includes some small parts such as dried chamomile or gum nuts. Depending on the age and personality of your child, activities can be enjoyed together with a parent/educator, with siblings, or alone.

Are the contents Earth friendly?
Integrity is our number one value as a business, which means we can't guide children on how to love and care for Mother Nature without loving and caring for Her ourselves. All resources enclosed have been sourced with the health of the planet at the forefront. We make most of the box contents ourselves, or source locally wherever possible. We strive to be 100% plastic free in our resourcing (however this can at times be near impossible sadly!). All of our packaging is either compostable, recycled/recyclable or better yet, reusable! We use acid-free, soy-based inks for printing on recycled paper!

Can I just purchase one box?
You can select 'gift' at check out and your subscription will be automatically canceled straight away, and you can have your box sent directly to the gift recipient. Alternatively, you can manually cancel your subscription anytime, even after just one box... but you won't want to! When signing up on a monthly subscription with Nature Mail, you are entering into a subscription agreement which means you will be automatically charged every month unless you cancel or pause your subscription at least 24hrs prior to your renewal date.

When will our Nature Mail arrive?
After subscribing, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday or Thursday excluding public holidays. You should have it within 7-10 days of your billing date! We all remember the excitement of receiving mail as a kid, but with so many things online these days, our children rarely (if ever) get to experience that joy!
