PRIVATE CLASS

Service Description

Already found your tribe but looking for meaningful and inspiring ways to gather with your little ones? Perhaps a private class is for you. We offer 90minute private classes tailored to the age group and theme of your choice. From baby sensory, to Earth-conscious toddler play, homeschooling groups, kids parties, and even Ecotherapy women's circles! Tell us who you've got coming along, and your main intention for the group. We'll take care of the rest. Private classes are subject to a set fee and include a 15min planning call, all materials and resources, set-up, facilitation, and clean-up. BYO catering is optional. The host of the event can arrive 30minutes prior to add any personalised touches to the set-up. The space is suitable for a maximum of 10 families; 1 parent and 1 child per family. Younger siblings under 12months attend for free, but participants beyond the maximum of 10 may incur a small additional fee depending on the activities you've chosen, and will only be permitted providing the event does not exceed 10 vehicles (there simply is not enough space in the carpark for more than 10 cars!). Please get in touch before booking this service to ensure we can arrange a day and time that works for your event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 72hrs prior to the first class or workshop for a full refund. If you are unable to make a class during the term, we cannot offer a refund, however we may be able to allow you to switch days if there is availability. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. ​ If a session is cancelled by The Wild Exchange due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will be offered a make-up class, a credit toward future bookings, or a refund of the amount of the class.
