Service Description

Join us as we travel home to ourselves through mindfulness, movement and connection. An eight week program designed for the modern day Mother who feels the imbalance of energy input vs. energy output. Each class we'll gather for a morning of guided discussion, meditation, gentle movement and relaxation lead by Jaimie; a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, and founder of The Wild Exchange. We'll explore simple and achievable tools to weave into our busy lives, and realign our energy with the intention of nurturing ourselves just as we nurture our family. This program is designed for children to attend. They will be fully supervised and guided by two dedicated fellow Mothers (who are also both Early Childhood Educators). Each class the children will gather for a story and morning tea, followed by free-play in our nature play area positioned right beside the self-care deck; in sight at all times. We can expect plenty of interruptions from our littles, but we can also expect to walk away feeling nourished, re-energised, and inspired to bring more self-care into our daily lives. The first 60 minutes is dedicated to the Mama's self-care, while the last 15 minutes we'll reunite with our littles for a cuppa in the garden. All classes will be held outside on our large self-care deck. You will be immersed in the surrounding trees and the healing power of nature whilst sheltered from the elements. Bring along a snack for your child/children's morning tea. All other required resources will be supplied. This program has limited spots and bookings are essential. One booking fee per Mother; kids attend for free.
