Service Description

Ecotherapy Play for 1-5yr olds, accompanied by a parent or guardian Join us each week for 75 minutes of community, connection, and educational sensory nature play. Alongside a beautiful group of likeminded families, your little one will expand their heart and mind with the help of Mother Nature. Each week we will explore a different aspect of this beautiful planet, and how we can love and care for Her. Together, we will learn, laugh, play, and most certainly get our hands dirty. The class starts and finishes in circle in our Mindful Hut where we practice tools for calming our nervous system and being mindful in our natural environment. The play element takes up approximately 60minutes of the class and involves intentional invitations to play designed to support their physical, emotional and spiritual development. As much as possible we invite parents to allow children to lead in this setting. All materials are supplied, just come with weather appropriate clothing and a snack for the end. For a more intimate experience, there is a maximum of 10 children per group. Siblings under 14months can tag along for free. Bookings are essential! **Please note we are now running from our new location in Lake MacDonald.**
